Training Center

Prospective workers are required to have work in their jobs. Selections are done very carefully to ensure the quality of workers to be placed overseas. Workers are also prepared and educated to be competent in their field, in such a way that they would be ready to work and assimilate when they arrive overseas.

PGKS cooperates with Balai Latihan Kerja Luar Negeri (Training center for Indonesian migrant workers) Prima Duta Sejati (BLKLN PDS), which has almost two decades of experience to train our recruits.

Prima Duta Sejati training facility in located on 17,000 square meter of land and consists of office buildings, domitories, dining hall, 137 bathrooms, sport facilities, and 35 classrooms (including language laboratories, cooking class, caregiver class, baby sitting classes, 2 complete mini hospital training facility for nurses aiming to go to Taiwan, Singapore, and Japan, a spa training facility, and etc.)

Proper facility is required to create the qualified workers placed by our company.
